Capital for hotels and hospitality operators.
SCS helps hotels and hospitality businesses get financing by underwriting the property and its cash flow first, then placing the right structure: term or SBA loans for renovations, equipment finance for furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), and working capital for seasonal swings in occupancy. SCS is an independent advisor, not a lender, so the structure is built around your occupancy cycle rather than one funder's product.
Occupancy rises and falls with the season. We structure capital around that cycle instead of forcing it into a generic underwriting template.

How does SCS help hospitality businesses get financing?
SCS helps hotels and hospitality businesses get financing by underwriting the property and its cash flow first, then placing the right structure: term or SBA loans for renovations, equipment finance for furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), and working capital for seasonal swings in occupancy. SCS is an independent advisor, not a lender, so the structure is built around your occupancy cycle rather than one funder's product.
Can FF&E and soft goods be financed?
Yes. Equipment finance covers hotel furniture, fixtures and equipment, and hospitality soft goods programs cover drapes, carpet and bedding.
Financing is available up to 100% including soft costs, and retroactive financing is available up to 180 days after purchase with the original invoices.
How fast can a hotel get working capital?
Bridge Liquidity closes same day to 5 business days, depending on how quickly documents come in and on underwriting.
A recent hotel file funded the same day. Results vary.
Do you work with restaurants too?
Yes. Restaurants are part of our hospitality work, from single locations to multi-unit franchises, including kitchen equipment, build-outs and working capital.
Is SCS a lender?
No. SCS is an independent capital advisory and placement firm. We underwrite the file, recommend the structure and place it with a third-party lender, which makes its own credit decision.
